Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. Matthew 7:15
I read “The People of the Lie” by M. Scott Peck years ago. He discusses the connection between lies and evil. They are invariably connected.
So when those in genetic research start telling lies – especially considering the under-handed funding we’ve already seen – you know things are just going to go from bad to worse.
1930 – Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory receives national recognition for successful purification of the adrenal hormone ACTH to treat Addison’s Disease. They tout it as a cure, when, in fact, it is not. It merely serves as a replacement hormone for the natural one. Just as a painkiller does not address the root cause, so refined ACTH does not cure Addison’s. In fact, it comes with certain side effects; excessive growth of the adrenal cortex and in many cases development of tumors. Furthermore…
“…their interest in this disease and so-called cure, given their eugenics funding and research focus, was likely associated Addison’s Disease patients development of black skin pigmentation due to their primary hormone insufficiency. These eugenics researchers would have certainly been interested in developing a ‘cure’ for black-skinned-people.” Editor’s note, page 78.
1933 – Reginald Harris, Davenport’s son-in-law, saw how biology was getting splintered amongst the other disciplines; chemistry, physics, and mathematics. He realized that his own research could suffer from missing data from other disciplines and could be sped up by making sure everyone shared everything. Perhaps he thought he could lose control or initiative of his genetics projects. He organized the first Cold Spring Harbor Symposium on Quantitative Biology to increase dialogue between the different disciplines.
This consolidation of efforts motivated the Rockefeller Foundation to fund the Symposium long term. It has only failed to meet three times since, that being during WW II. Of further note…
“During that war, the Rockefellers, their family-controlled Standard Oil Company and their European partners – most leading CSH patrons, heavily funded Hitler, his Nazi eugenicists…” Emphasis added, page 80.
Along the same lines, and not part of this book, it’s revealing to note that
“The grandfather of President George Walker Bush (Skull & Bones, 1968) was Prescott Bush (Skull & Bones, 1917), and his great grand father was George Herbert Walker. Prescott Bush and George Herbert (Bert) Walker were directors of the London-affiliated New York banking house of Brown Brothers-Harriman and its various fronts, which funded and directed the military-industrial complex behind Hitler and the Nazi revolution.“ http://www.georgewalkerbush.net/bushfamilyfundedhitler.htm
1940 – Having grown bolder as they continued their work in both genetics and evolution, “They crossed the line into science fiction when they claimed to show the Mendelian inheritance of traits such as feeblemindedness, pauperism, shyness, moral control, nomadism, and shiftlessness.” Page 77
Continuing from there, they publicly promoted the idea that those saddled with serious genetic defects should not be allowed to reproduce. In other words, forced sterilization.
As people began to realize that “serious genetic defects” might be a bit more arbitrary than at first blush, an uprising against eugenics began. They were pronounced guilty by association with the inhumane genetic “improvements” that were being pursued in fascist Europe. This is the year they finally had to officially close their Eugenics Record Office, although they continued their research “underground.”
My personal observation at this point is that they realized this straightforward approach to achieve their goals didn’t work. They needed to be more subtle. Today we have abortions if the baby is defective, for example, with Downs Syndrome. After all, they won’t have much of a life and will be a burden to the parents, right? You look at the numbers and also see that blacks are disproportionately getting abortions. There has been talk of being able to produce “designer babies” so you can get the sex, eye color, etc. you always wanted in your baby. The original goal of a genetically superior human and eliminating “undesirables” is still achieved, but through eugenic consumerism.
Also in 1940 – Long Island Biological Association (LIBA) had a list of prominent early patrons; Walter Jennings & George Pratt (Standard Oil), JP Morgan, Marshall Field III, Wm. K Vanderbilt, Louis Tiffany, Fred Astaire, & George Gershwin.
This is also the decade during which experiments with X-rays were started. Hugo Fricke was among the early researchers in the effects of X-rays on genes and what sort of damage they did. X-rays were used to cause genetic damage in different species, including human “volunteers.”
It is also worth noting how “undesirables” have been used in the past as human lab rats in terminal (lethal) experiments involving radiation, for example. Even non-undesirables have been unsuspecting victims of CIA mind control experiments using LSD and other drugs.
1954 – In case anyone is thinking that they have possibly been benign, misunderstood scientists, the US Congress undertook an unprecedented investigation of tax-exempt foundations. The Carnegie and Rockefeller Foundations were found to be involved in a “global agenda” and an attempt to rewrite American history.
Norman Dodd, who led the research that uncovered this information found one particularly damning statement in the Carnegie Foundation archives:
“The only way to maintain control of the population was to obtain control of the education in the US. They realized this was a prodigious task so they approached the Rockefeller Foundation with the suggestion that they go in tandem and that the portion of education which could be considered as domestically oriented be taken over by the Rockefeller Foundation and that portion which was oriented to International matters be taken over by the Carnegie Endowment.” Page 75
If you have been wondering, as I have, just what the heck has happened to education in America, here’s your answer. True, they were discovered by Congress. Given the results to date, however, can anyone doubt they continued their agenda further underground as mentioned above? If you’ve listened to NPR on public radio, you’ve heard them proudly mention that they receive funding from the Carnegie Endowment yet today.
